Accessibility statement

Effective 27 August 2026 · Our aim is for BidCerta to be usable by as many people as possible.

Using BidCerta

The service is designed to work with keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, meaningful headings, readable colour contrast and responsive text and layouts. We aim to support current versions of major browsers and common assistive technologies.

Known limitations

Some procurement documents are supplied by external authorities and may not meet the same accessibility standard. BidCerta links to those source documents but does not control their format or content.

Getting help

If any part of BidCerta is difficult to use, send an accessibility request from the Account support form. Include the page, the problem and the assistive technology or browser you use where you are comfortable doing so. We will investigate and aim to offer the information or function in an accessible form.

Ongoing improvement

Accessibility is reviewed as the product changes. This statement will be updated when material issues are identified or resolved.
