Who may use the service
BidCerta is supplied for business and professional use, not personal or household use. By creating an account, you confirm that you are acting in the course of a business or profession and have authority to accept these terms for that business.
The service
BidCerta provides opportunity discovery, bid qualification, response-review and evidence-management tools. It supports professional judgement; it does not guarantee tender eligibility, compliance, evaluation scores, contract awards or revenue. Procurement notices and documents published by the relevant authority are the authoritative source if they differ from information shown in BidCerta.
Your responsibilities
You must be authorised to upload or submit all material, verify every output against the procurement documents, protect your login and comply with applicable procurement, confidentiality and data-protection duties. You must not use the service to misrepresent experience, fabricate evidence, infringe rights, probe security or consume resources abusively.
Your content and confidentiality
You keep ownership of material you submit. You give BidCerta and its service providers only the rights needed to host, process and return that material to provide and secure the service. BidCerta will not claim ownership of your bids or evidence. You remain responsible for deciding whether confidential information may lawfully be processed through the service.
Plans, payment and renewal
Free and paid plans have the stated monthly allowances. Paid subscriptions are billed securely by Stripe and renew monthly until cancelled. The checkout shows the plan, total price and billing frequency before payment. You can cancel through the Stripe customer portal; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed. We may suspend access for non-payment, abuse, security risk or material breach and will give reasonable notice where practicable.
AI limitations
AI-generated reviews can be incomplete or incorrect. They are advisory and require human verification. BidCerta does not submit bids, make representations to buyers or replace legal, financial or procurement advice.
Availability and liability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, liability connected with the service is limited to fees paid for the service during the preceding twelve months, and indirect or consequential loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Ending use and governing law
You may stop using the Free plan at any time and may cancel paid access through the billing portal. We may update these terms with reasonable notice; if a material change disadvantages you, you may cancel before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, whose courts have jurisdiction unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
